All payments made for the Living After Loss program are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, store credit, or exchange for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the program, failure to complete the program, changed circumstances, or a change of mind. This policy applies regardless of how much of the program you have accessed or completed.
If your purchase was financed in whole or in part through a third-party Pay Later or installment provider (including PayPal Pay Later, Klarna, or Affirm), this no-refund policy does not affect, reduce, or cancel your independent payment obligation to that provider. You remain responsible for completing all payments to that provider under its own terms, whether or not you use, complete, or are satisfied with the program.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement.
